No Egg Pasta dough

Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups flour
  • 1 Cup warm water
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil

 

Directions:

Put all ingredients into stand mixer and mix until dough ball forms.  Continue to knead for about five minutes.  Remove dough and wrap in plastic wrap and let sit for 30 minutes, or put into the fridge for later use.  Warm to room temperature before rolling dough.
