
Ingredients:
Base
- 2 Tbps Cocoa powder
- 1 Cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 150 Grams Melted butter
- 2 Cups Cornflakes (measured out then crushed)
Fondant
- 500 Grams of Icing sugar
- 2 Tbsp Peppermint essence
- 3 Tbsp cold water
- Splash of green food colouring.
Topping
- 150 Grams of milk or dark chocolate melted
- 3 Mint Aero bars chopped
Directions:
Base:
Mix all dry ingredients, then add the wet. Mix well and press into 8×10 non stick or buttered pan and back at 350 for 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
Fondant:
Mix all ingredients well and spread over base.
Topping:
Melt chocolate and spread over fondant. Top with chopped mint Aero chocolate bars.
