
Ingredients:
- 4 Cups flour loosely packed
- 1¼ Cup + 1 Tbsp Water
- 1 ½ Tsp Yeast
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 ¾ Tsp Salt
- ¼ Cup room temp butter
Directions:
- Combine warm water, yeast and sugar. Let sit until the yeast is activated (about 10 minutes)
- Add flour and salt to a stand mixer and knead the dough until it pulls away from the sides
- Add butter in 2 batches until fully combine
- Put in an oiled bowl and let rise to double in size
- Spray the inside of the Pullman pan and lid with cooking spray or rub with butter
- Punch down the dough and place it on the countertop. Shape into a rectangle the size of the loaf pan. Roll up and place in Pullman loaf pan
- Allow to rise to 50% of the pan then heat the oven to 375ºF
- Once the dough is about an inch from the top, place it in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes then remove from pan and place on cooling rack.
