Ingredients:
- 1 Cup milk
- 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
- 3 large eggs (room temp)
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients until they are well combined
- Add 1 Tbsp of oil to cup of a large muffin tin and heat in the oven at 450°F
- Once hot, pour batter evenly into each cup
- Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes
- Lower temp to 400°F and bake for another 10 minutes
- Lower temp to 350°F and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy
