Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs (room temp)
  • Pinch of salt

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients until they are well combined
  • Add 1 Tbsp of oil to cup of a large muffin tin and heat in the oven at 450°F
  • Once hot, pour batter evenly into each cup
  • Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes
  • Lower temp to 400°F and bake for another 10 minutes
  • Lower temp to 350°F and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy
