Ingredients:
- 680 Grams frozen cubed hash browns thawed
- 2 Cups sour cream
- 1 Can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 Cup butter melted
- 1 Tsp salt
- 2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 – 3 cups corn flakes crushed
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup butter melted
Directions:
- Place hash browns in colander to thaw and drain
- Combine sour cream, soup and first melted butter in a bowl. Mix well and add salt onion and cheese.
- Add potatoes and stir to combine
- Place in buttered or oiled 9×13 pan
- Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes and drizzle second melted butter.
- Bake at 350ºF for 40-50 minutes
