Funeral Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 680 Grams frozen cubed hash browns thawed
  • 2 Cups sour cream
  • 1 Can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 Cup butter melted
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 – 3 cups corn flakes crushed
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

 

Directions:

  • Place hash browns in colander to thaw and drain
  • Combine sour cream, soup and first melted butter in a bowl. Mix well and add salt onion and cheese.
  • Add potatoes and stir to combine
  • Place in buttered or oiled 9×13 pan
  • Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes and drizzle second melted butter.
  • Bake at 350ºF for 40-50 minutes
