Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pound ground chicken
  • ½ Bunch parsley
  • ½ small onion minced
  • 1 small potato or 3 Tbsp instant mashed potato flakes
  • 1 Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 Jalapeno
  • 1 Tsp Tumeric
  • 1 ½ Tsp Salt
  • 1 ½ Tsp Paprika
  • ½ Tsp black pepper

Directions:

  • finely blend parsley, garlic, jalapeno and onion. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible then add to a bowl.
  • Add the spices, ground chicken and potato flakes. Mix well and let sit at room temperature for up to 2 hours.
  • Pack onto grill swords and shape as desired.
  • Cook on all sides on the grill until kebabs reach 165ºF
