Ingredients:
- 1 Pound ground chicken
- ½ Bunch parsley
- ½ small onion minced
- 1 small potato or 3 Tbsp instant mashed potato flakes
- 1 Garlic cloves
- 1/4 Jalapeno
- 1 Tsp Tumeric
- 1 ½ Tsp Salt
- 1 ½ Tsp Paprika
- ½ Tsp black pepper
Directions:
- finely blend parsley, garlic, jalapeno and onion. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible then add to a bowl.
- Add the spices, ground chicken and potato flakes. Mix well and let sit at room temperature for up to 2 hours.
- Pack onto grill swords and shape as desired.
- Cook on all sides on the grill until kebabs reach 165ºF
