Baked Macaroni

 

Recipe

  • 2.5 pounds ready cut macaroni
  • 1 Cups butter melted
  • 1 Cups Cream
  • 1 Pound Sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ Cup Full fat milk
  • 6 eggs well beaten

 

Directions:

  • Cook macaroni in well salted water and drain.
  • Add melted butter, cream, milk, cheese and well beaten eggs.
  • Combine thoroughly
  • Pour into greased casserole dish
  • Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes, until firm.  Do not over bake

 

Note:  This recipe has been cut in half from the original recipe.
