
Ingredients:
- 3 Cups self rising flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 can of beer at room temperature
- 1/4 Tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350ºf and spray a loaf pan
- Mix all ingredients until just combined.
- Pour into prepared loaf pan
- Bake for 45 mins or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Notes:
- Use less sugar for a savoury bread
- Add additional ingredients like cheddar cheese, raisins and cinnamon, nuts, etc.
- Add herbs and other ingredients like sun dried tomatoes.
